Booking a Wedding, Vow Renewal, or Commitment Ceremony

1. Visit our Themes page and choose the theme you want to book.
2. On the page for the theme you chose, scroll down to the booking form.
3. Use the booking form to choose your package and add-ons and submit your information.
4. Viola! Your wedding is booked! Congratulations .

Booking an Event/Celebration Package

To book a celebration/event package, visit our Celebration Event Packages page to choose your package, then text/call 702-931-8390 for time and availability.

Of course! When you book both a ceremony and event package, you will receive a $100 discount off the total price. Combined bookings are currently only available by phone or email, so feel free to explore the options on our site and email us via our contact page or text/call 702-931-8390 when you’re ready to book!

No, we take pride in being transparent about all fees so there are no surprises. For details on fees you may need to consider, see our fees page.

It depends on your chosen package, but for wedding ceremonies, the maximum is 27 people, including the couple. For celebration/event packages, the max is 30 people. Options are as follows:

• Simple & Sweet Package: Max 4 Guests + Couple (6 Total) (Optional Upgrade to 25 Guests + Couple)
• You & Me Package: Max 14 Guests + Couple (16 Total) (Optional Upgrade to 25 Guests + Couple)
• You & Me Deluxe Package: Max 14 Guests + Couple (16 Total) (Optional Upgrade to 25 Guests + Couple)
• Elvis Pink Cadillac Package: Max 14 Guests + Couple (16 Total) (Optional Upgrade to 25 Guests + Couple)
• Celebration/Event Packages: Max 30 Guests, including couple.

Yes, of course! We are happy to perform legal wedding ceremonies for all couples who can legally marry! We also offer non-legal commitment ceremonies for those interested.

Yes! The legal wedding ceremonies provided by Las Vegas Immersive Weddings are recognized worldwide. If you prefer a fun ceremony that is not legally binding, you can choose our vow renewal or commitment ceremony type when booking.

For legal wedding ceremonies, you will need to get a wedding license in Clark County and bring it with you. (Click here for more info.) ID required for couples getting legally married and witness (if provided by you). For all other ceremonies, such as vow renewal and commitment ceremonies, there is no paperwork necessary!

Yes! Las Vegas Immersive Wedding Chapel offers vow renewals and commitment ceremonies for couples who are either already married or not looking to get legally married at this time. To book, just book any ceremony package, and select “Vow Renewal” or “Commitment Ceremony” in the form.

Yes! We allow you and your guests, including photographers, to take as many pictures and videos as you would like! You are welcome to bring your own photographer at no extra charge. Don’t have one yet? Check out our preferred vendors!

It is not required, but it is customary in Las Vegas chapels to tip your officiant and your wedding coordinator $50-100. This can be done before or after the ceremony.

We want you to have a comfortable, fun time in a friendly atmosphere! Doors open at your scheduled arrival time. Your friendly wedding consultant and officiant will meet with you to go over details and make sure we have everything perfect for you. In case of legal wedding ceremony, we will collect your documents.

There will be plenty of time to take lots of photos at the selfie wall, using any photo props you’d like. The ceremony, itself, takes place in the immersive chapel with wall-to-wall HD video environments according to your chosen theme. The ceremony, itself, is short and sweet, with plenty of time for photos or a first dance in the immersive environment if chosen.

We offer a variety of borrowed, synthetic bouquets and boutonnieres available with different ceremony packages. You also have the option to add-on the purchase of the bouquet and boutonniere as keepsakes. If you prefer to bring your own, you are welcome to do so! Purchase from your preferred vendor or check out our preferred vendors.

We are located at 1641 Sunset Rd, B117, Las Vegas NV 89119, and our parking lot overlooks the strip and the airport. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a wedding chapel close to things!

Because of the complexity of syncing the ceremony with the immersive experience and theme, we do not currently have outside officiants.

Yes! We have officiants who can speak English, Spanish, and Danish. Contact us for any special language requests.

There is plenty convenient, free parking available in our parking lot.

Yes! We offer commitment ceremonies for different relationship dynamics! To book a ceremony with more than two partners, simply fill out the booking form and choose “commitment ceremony,” then fill out the information for two partners, and when your wedding consultant contacts you, let them them know there are additional partners so we can add them!

Yes! Although we are primarily a venue for adults, children are welcome if they are accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Although we are by appointment only, we can sometimes accommodate same-day appointments in as little as an hour and a half! For more information, please see our Short Notice Bookings page!

There is no dress code, so you can wear whatever you like! From traditional wedding attire or costumes to casual or beachwear or just about anything!
