An Apostille is an official authentication for your marriage certificate. If you get married in Las Vegas (USA), some countries require an Apostille for your marriage to be recognized there. This depends on the country you live in – some countries require it, while others do not.

Apostille Service Option:
The standard cost for apostille services in Las Vegas typically starts at $250.00 and may increase depending on the urgency of the request.
At Las Vegas Immersive Weddings, we offer this service at a flat rate of $250.00 for regular processing time.
This fee includes standard postage. If you would like your documents sent via certified mail and/or with a tracking number (recommended for important legal documents), an additional fee will apply depending on the destination country. Please note that the availability of these mailing options may vary based on the regulations of your country.
Processing Time:
The process typically takes approximately 8-10 weeks, although it may be shorter in some cases. Processing times depend on the Nevada Secretary of State as well as domestic and international postal services.
Important Information:
Once the Secretary of State of Nevada mails your documents, there is a possibility they may be lost in transit – either within the United States or in your home country.
In such cases, the Secretary of State does not assume responsibility for lost documents. Unfortunately, this means the entire Apostille process would need to be started again.
This applies whether you complete the apostille process independently or use our apostille service. We kindly ask for your understanding.
