Venue Details
• Maximum capacity: 30 guests (standing | dancing) or 24 guests (seated)

Event Space Package
Basic Immersive Event Space Package | $999
Each additional hour (optional) | $125
Includes:
• 3 hours of venue time | 2 hours for your event | 1 hour for vendor setup/tear down
• Staff support for setup, tear down and cleaning; cocktail tables with linens and benches for standing events, or tables with linens and benches for seated events; background music in both the lobby and immersive room, with the option to bring your own playlist.

Amenities & Policies
Vendor Flexibility
Our venue does not include an on-site kitchen, giving you the freedom to choose from our list of trusted
catering partners or bring in your own licensed third-party vendors.
Free Vendor Access
There are no additional fees to bring in your own licensed caterers, décor providers, or
entertainment of your choice.
Setup & Service
Two staff members are included to assist with setup, teardown, and venue cleaning. For standing receptions, cocktail tables, linens, and benches are provided. Seated receptions include dining tables with linens and benches.

Audio & Visual Experience
All events are hosted within our immersive venue featuring breathtaking wrap-around HD projections and
cinematic soundscapes. You are also welcome to bring your own playlist for a personal touch.
Policies
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the venue. Outdoor smoking areas are available.
A signed waiver is required if you choose to bring your own food or catering services.
Licensed bartenders are required for all alcohol service.
